New Workout Plan

Currently I lift weights at the gym every other day, but usually only do about 10 minutes of cardio just to warm up. From now on I’m going to do cardio for an hour every day I don’t weight lift, which hopefully will put me in the best possible shape I can be in.

It’ll be tough to not get sick of going to the gym 7 days a week, but I’m going to do my best to stick with it.

Feeling better

This sounds kind of “bro-ish,” but going to the gym every other day really keeps me sane and relaxed. My mood gets a million times better after working out, especially if I’m not having the best day—although it’s kind of repetitive, it feels great.

I definitely recommend at least getting a little exercise each week if you can…totally worth it.
